Lieber Axel,
Du hattest Recht mit Deiner Aussage, dass man insbesondere an der Costa del Azahar in Spanien wieder Grundbesitz zu vernünftigen Preisen erwerben kann. Wir haben uns viele Villen von vielen Vermittlern zeigen lassen, aber nichts sprach uns so richtig an oder erschien uns einfach überteuert. Dann kamst Du ! Eine schöne Auswahl, dem Markt angepasste Preise und eine kompetente und engagierte Betreuung. Selling our property through Fincas was one of the smoothest sales/purchases we have made. The fact that almost everything was done remotely makes it that much better. In these difficult times you were able to find a buyer that wanted the apartment very close to the price we wanted to achieve - what a bonus. Once again thanks.

Dear Axel,
Many thanks for helping me to get everything organised with the purchase of the apartment during my visit. I am very pleased that everything went so smooth and that it was professionally done. Many people have a fear of buying a property in Spain but I can say that with the help of Fincas Costa Azahar S.L the experience was very positive.
