However to give you more of an idea of the property I will let the owners take it away.... . "We have lived in this house for over five years, amongst the olive, orange and plum trees. Due to my previous work within interior design, I have worked quite hard at giving the property a 70s LA feel, with a hint of Ibiza. One of the most enjoyable things is when we have a several different families over, staying with us, putting the kids in tents in the garden, all mucking in, playing with the children in the pool. Its a great property for parties and social gatherings. Plenty of parking too. Everyone finds the couple of horse and carts we have passing by each day amusing. Once our friends kids have gone to bed, we pop open some red, sit on our balcony, relax while supper is cooking away, and talk for hours under the stars, we have a beautiful cluster of stars right over our head, also good are the shooting stars. . . Being in the middle of a such calming area, we do have a lot of birds and animals here. In late May we will have Golden Oriels arrive for about a month, to eat the fruit in one of our trees. Last week we had a group of red legged partridges and a little rabbit. My personal favourite was a baby Pigmy Owl! Life is never dull. . . Although we do not drive, using local transport we go into the city about once a week to the market or to the beach. We like to get the train to places new. Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante are all between two and three hours train ride away, and very inexpensive if you can book a week or two in advance. There are also nice beaches at Cullera and Gandia.". .
