Herzlichen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung des Verkaufes bzw. Kaufes der Liegenschaft. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir für die Abwicklung nicht extra nach Spanien reisen mussten, sondern Axel für uns praktisch alles erledigen konnte. El pasado 30 de junio firmamos la compraventa de una vivienda en Alcossebre gestionada por Yolanda de Villas Azahar. La verdad es que, estando nosotros a más de 450 km de distancia, nos lo ha puesto muy fácil encargándose de gestionar toda la documentación con los vendedores y la Notaría. Muy recomendable!!!!

Yolanda has been a great help in the complete procedure of the sale of our house. The sale had to be done realy quick with a power of attorney and had to happen while the owners were abroad. Just wanted to say what a wonderful job Axel has done for us in selling our property - nothing was too much trouble and he even helped us out with a power of attorney which between us we put together without involving a solicitor and no need to visit Alcossebre to deal with the sale which helped enormously due to a busy work schedule at the time. Totally trustworthy and dependable would highly recommend
