Over the last 6 years, I have used the services of Villas Azahar and of Yolanda in particular, as a buyer, a landlord and, recently, a vendor.
I always felt confident that, whatever the job, Yolanda was doing it efficiently. That confidence was important when I was trying to conduct business from outside Spain. She is nearly always contactable, often talking with me at unsocial hours.

Her local knowledge and good standing in the local professional network allows her to handle the administration and the small detail of property conveyance. With the maturity of an experienced agent, Yolanda understands the market well. I relied on her judgement to achieve the best realistic prices when I rented and when I sold. She seems abIe to match sellers to buyers quite quicky. l was delighted that she found a buyer for my house at Palm Beach within a few weeks

Un sevrvicio impecable por parte de esta inmobiliaria. Adquirí hace poco una casa que gestionaban ellos, y todo han sido facilidades, rapidez y buen trato. No puedo mas que recomenderlos, y en especial a Yolanda que es una gran profesional que me ha atendido en todo de forma rápida y eficiente.

Bonjour, je tiens à remercier l"agence VillasAzahar de Alcossebre pour la vente de mon appartement.
Surtout Yolanda qui c"est occupée de tous les documents nécessaires pour l"acte de vente auprès du Notaire.
Très compétente et sérieuse dans son travail. Je n"ai eu aucun problème de quoi que se soit. Après la vente j"ai reçu quasiment
tout l"argent dans la journée même sur mon compte en Belgique.
