Online, every property looks fantastic. Wide-angle lens, perfect light, carefully chosen framing – and then, on site, the surprise. The road right in front of the plot. The neighbouring building that didn’t appear in any photo. The condition that “needs renovation” only politely described.
On top of that: you don’t live here. You might not speak Spanish, you don’t have three weeks for viewing trips, and every enquiry to an agency means, first and foremost, another agency trying to sell you its own portfolio. Not what you’re actually looking for.

We live here. We know the industry from the inside – we know which prices are negotiable, which documents really matter, and what a property actually looks like before we even invite you to view it. As your property scout, we search for you – across all agencies and private sellers, not just our own listings.
We only show you properties we have already viewed ourselves and that match what you’re really looking for. No wasted time, no unpleasant surprises on site.
And if it fits?
Then we negotiate the price for you – on your side of the table, not the seller’s. We check the land registry, building permits, any debts and everything that matters before signing. We accompany you to the notarial deed – in person or by power of attorney, if you can’t or don’t want to travel. And afterwards, we’re still here for tradespeople, insurance or administrative matters.
What does it cost?
Often nothing. In many cases we receive a proportional fee from the selling side – you benefit from our full support without incurring additional costs. We discuss the exact terms openly in a personal conversation.
